We're going to run a major software upgrade on our support system, which
will add a bunch of new features, improve performance and stability.
Unfortunately, the system has to be shut down during the upgrade, thus,
you won't be able to use it while maintenance is running.
Support
system maintenance is scheduled Sunday, January 18th, at 6pm GMT. Scheduled maintenance window duration is one hour, however, actual
upgrade (support system downtime) is supposed to take like 30 minutes.
