Do you replace any hardware which might fail?
Yes. We keep a local stock of replacement parts in our data centers. In case of a hardware failure our qualified specialists will replace any defective part promptly. We also monitor all our servers to be able to predict possible hardware failures and prevent data loss.

What server upgrades/add-ons are available?
We offer a number of hardware and software upgrade options for all dedicated servers. E.g. we can easily upgrade traffic limit and network port speed for you, certain server ranges have upgradeable disk drives, etc.

Can you help me move my websites from my existing host?
Yes. We will migrate your websites from your previous host – fast, free and without any downtime. Contact a sales representative to discuss details and schedule the migration.

What hardware do you use?

Do you offer Windows operating systems?
